The term public domain has two senses of meaning. Anything published is out in the public domain in the sense that it is available to the public.
[1] Once published, news and information in books is in the public domain, although they may also be copyrighted. In the sense of intellectual property, works in the public domain are those whose exclusive intellectual property rights have expired, [2] have been forfeited, [3] or are inapplicable

The Spoken Word

From these days forth
Will come the True Word
Tell it to the World
Ye shall scribe this
That all can see and hear
The way will be found
Miss nothing
It will be the true Word
Listen with a keen ear
Fail to express all
And you shall be destroyed
